Abstract

In Tanjung, inflation of December 2018 was 0.68 percent. The inflation rate for the calendar in 2018 (December 2018 against December 2017) inflation was 2.60 percent and the inflation rate of "year on year" was 2.60 percent. Commodities experiencing price increases with the highest share of inflation in Tanjung include: shallots, broiler eggs, oranges, cork fish, tilapia.

Out of 82 cities that calculated the consumer price index, there were 80 cities experiencing inflation, 2 cities experiencing deflation. The highest inflation in Kupang was 2.09 percent, and the lowest in Banda Aceh was 0.02 percent. The highest deflation in Sorong was 0.15 percent.
